Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the planning and executing marketing activities in the annual overseas region.
  2. Planning and executing promotional activities (exhibitions, forums, etc.) for the company’s products in the annual overseas based on the company’s strategic positioning.
  3. Provide technical product support for sales development customers, provide continuous technical consultation and training for regional distributors, installers, and EPC customers, and cooperate with regional sales to promote products and systems.

Overseas After-sales Support

Department: Solar Inverter
Location: Hangzhou, China

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for overseas after-sales reasons and problem-solving, as well as major matters record, tracking, processing.
    Project site technical support.
  2. Answer, guide, and advise on the questions in the customer’s use and the questions raised by overseas after-sales personnel.
  3. Collect opinions and suggestions from customers and overseas after-sales staff.
  4. Collect and record relevant overseas after-sales data.
  5. Record, track and feedback the assessment of overseas after-sales department in the responsible area.
  6. Manage after-sales equipment, records and follow up the returned equipment, and follow up the reports.
  7. Connect with overseas sales staff.
  8. Other work assigned by regional superior.

Job requirements:
